I have questions, can you give me a call?

A text message is the easiest way to get in touch with us and let's us respond to you quickly while we are actively caring for the puppies. However, we are always happy to have a phone call. We also check our email multiple times per day which makes it a great option for communication with us as well. Our main goal is to make every family comfortable with our process and have all questions answered.

If you have a specific question that isn't addressed on our website, please let us know!

What are the grooming requirements for a Doodle?

While your pet is a puppy, their coat is easy to maintain. You should comb them frequently to prepare them for future grooming as they become an adult. It's never too early for grooming at home to help them adjust. We recommend you blow dry after each bath to prevent their fur from matting. Once they have completed their vaccines, you can begin to schedule them for regular sanitary and face trims during puppyhood. An adult doodle will require professional grooming every six to eight weeks. Brushing should be done at home a few times per week if not more depending on your dog's coat. Adult Doodles are need regular upkeep to help them stay looking their best!

Can I visit your facility & meet your dogs before placing a deposit or picking my new puppy?

Our facility is actually our home! All of our puppies are born and raised here and cared for alongside our family each day. Whenever it is time for your new puppy to go home, we will make specific arrangements for puppy pick up with you.

For the safety of our puppies and mom dogs (as well as our own family), we do not allow tours of our home or puppy areas.

What is the adoption process?

After an ultrasound confirms a litter, we officially open our waiting list for that pairing. After our list is open, you can join it by filling out an application and requesting a spot. After receiving the request, we will let you know if that spot is available. If it is, we will send a follow-up form and a $100 nonrefundable deposit will be required to reserve that spot for you.

Then we wait, and when our babies arrive our waiting list members are the first to know and receive pictures of our proud momma with her babies. We will let you know the colors and gender, and then camera photos will follow in the next few days. From there we will send out weekly updates and pictures till pick day arrives at four weeks of age. By four weeks eye color is determined and their little personalities start to shine through. We pick by order of our list, and when your name is reached on the list you will receive 24 hours to let us know your decision. Once you have picked your puppy a $400 holding deposit is required to reserve your pick, this deposit is transferable but non-refundable upon back out. Note, all deposits do go towards your pup's final purchase price.

Puppies' release date is commonly around 9 weeks of age, so while you wait for your new family member you will receive weekly updates. During this time we will also send out a list of recommended supplies for an easy transition and schedule your pup's pick/ delivery date.
